Meanwhile, other media sources have speculated that the Rox might be willing to depart with our consistent rock in the bullpen, and apparently it's true, but at a cost no other team is likely to pony up with other cheaper alternatives available.
I did want to also point out that in draft signing news, Baseball America's Rockies database is showing sixth round pick Corey Wimberly has been the second draftee to sign.
