On to the report:
Colorado Springs: Jentry Beckstead, making his first apperance for the Sky Sox, blew the save as the Sky Sox lost 7-5. Spilborghs, Shealy, and Quintanilla all plated runs. Jeff Baker hit his 6th double of the season, while Jorge Piedra went 0-for-4. Jon Asahina has a nice start as he went 7 innings, gave up three and K'ed 3.
Tulsa: Off night for the TL.
Modesto: The Nuts won 7-4 as Anthony Granato hit his 1st homer of the season and Doc Brooks hit one of the 3-run variety. Jonathan Herrera also contributed an RBI as he went 4-for-5 with a double and a triple. Ching-Lung Lo went 5, gave up 6 hits and only 1 ER, walked 2 and K'ed 2.
Asheville: Kyle Blumenthal hit his 4th homer and Travis Becktel his first as the Tourists lost 5-3. Zach Simons went 6, gave up 4 ER on 4 hits and 4 walks, while K'ing 2. He also gave up 2 homers.
