Monday Pebble Report: Sunday Night Edition

To save myself some time in what figures to be a busy morning, I'll write this now as all the action in the Colorado Rockies' minor league system has already been completed.

Colorado Springs: The Sky Sox lost eight to six in a game against the New Orleans Zephyrs. Jeff Baker had three hits and scored twice, Ryan Shealy only had one pinch hit appearance and drew a walk.

Tulsa: The Drillers had the day off, they start a seven game homestand tomorrow.

Modesto: The Nuts were rained out. I'm thinking I might want a pink Franklin Morales jersey from last night's charity drive, or even a replica. I wonder if they're going to be available anywhere.

Asheville: The Tourists lost five to four after Byron Binda blew a save late. Xavier Cedeno had an pretty good start, pitching six effective innings before running into trouble with two outs in the seventh. Michael Paulk hit his first homerun of the season, but other than that much of the Tourists "O" came from the three hit performance of John Restrepo who finished a homerun short of a cycle.
