Tulowitzki: On the verge of being promoted to the Springs? - They're already having discussions about it, and there's some interesting stuff about the Rox and Willis in there.

Colorado Springs: An ugly loss by the Sky Sox as the D had three errors and allowed 10 runs. Tacoma scored a run in every inning except for 2. Omar Quintanilla, Sean Barker and Jeff Baker all had multi-hit games. Quintanilla hit his 2nd homer and Ryan Shealy plated his 21st RBI. Jose Acevedo fell to 0-3 on the season after going 4 and allowing 6 R, 4 ER.

Tulsa: Joe Koshansky powered the Drillers to a 6-0 shutout with his 11th homer, a 3-run shot. Tulowitzki also contributed his 24th and 25th RBI of the season. Juan Morillo, while he did not factor into the decision, went a stong 6 innings, allowing 4 hits and no runs, and walked only 1 while K'ing 6.

Modesto: Matt Miller picked up his 1st triple and 3 more RBI for a total of 49 this season. Jonathan Herrera also added 3 RBI last night. Chris Frey as a leadoff batter continues to work as he went 1-for-2 and walked twice. Humberto Cardenas moved to 3-4 on the season after going 5 innings and K'ing 5. The game went 7 innings.

Upon further review, the Nuts played a double-header yesterday since they needed to complete a game from April 16th that was suspended. The Mod Bee can fill you in on the completion.

Asheville: Zach Simons pitched a 3-hit, 1-run, complete game. He walked none a K'ed 5. Eric Young hit a double and walked twice. Philip Cuadrado hit a 2-run homer and also had another RBI in the game. Carte, Becktel and Restrepo all had an RBI last night.
