Ahh, what fun! My Colorado Rockies continue to visit their vacation home in San Diego at Petco - although, I'm beginning to think it might be a timeshare as these pesky Padres keep on looking at the clock like they're waiting for us to leave. Maybe they're just drifters who crash the place while we're away, I guess we could ask our housekeeping staff at Gaslamp Ball. Anyway, the entertainment plans for tonight call for Aaron Cook dealing and Brad Hawpe and Matt Holliday dishing. Who knows, we might even catch a glimpse of Rami for dessert.
Alright, truthfully, Young's been pretty decent this year for the Padres, his last start against the Braves notwithstanding. Even the first time he faced us this season he was mostly on except for the homeruns to Jason Smith and Eli Marrero and the doubles he gave up before being pulled in the sixth. Really it was four mistake pitches that we took advantage of that we used to chase him. We may not be so lucky tonight, so I have a hunch we might actually see Brian Fuentes for the first time at Petco this year. Of course, the Rox win is still a given...
