I'm putting this up now as every team except for Modesto has finished for the night (and I wouldn't be able to put this up until after 1 p.m. tomorrow, anyway).
Colorado Springs: The game was suspended.
Tulsa: The Drillers split a double header tonight. They lost the first game as Chris Iannetta and Joe Gaetti both hit homeruns. Steven Register pitched a 6 inning complete game and gave up 5 earned on 8 hits.
In the second game Stewart hit his 13th double of the season and had 1 BB to go along with 1 K (and his 3rd caught stealing on the season). Matt Macri was the only Driller to have multiple hits in this game and he had a triple and a homer. Manuel Corpas picked up his 6th save, as Alberto Arias went 5 innings and gave up only 1 hit.
Modesto: Samuel Deduno is on the mound for the Nuts tonight.
Asheville: 9 more Ks by the offense tonight, but Asheville edged Rome 5-4. Dexter Fowler, Chris Nelson, Kyle Blumenthal and Daniel Carte all collected multiple hits. Nelso collected 3 hits and 2 RBI. Carte and Blumenthal each had 1 RBI a piece. Alan Johnson rebounded somewhat tonight as he went 6, gave up 6 hits and 4 runs, and K'ed 5.
