Colorado Springs: Tommy Whiteman and Josh Wilson both stole their first base of the season as no Sky Sox player had an XB hit. Jose Acevedo fell to 0-4 on the season.

Tulsa: Ian Stewart returned to the lineup yesterday and promptly K'ed in all 4 ABs. Chris Iannetta accounted for all 3 RBi in the game as he hit a solo homer in the 5th and a 2-run shot in the 7th. Tulowitzki hit his 17th double of the season. Juan Morillo went 6 strong innings, scattering 5 hits, allowing 1 ER and K'ing 4. Manuel Corpas picked up his 15th save.

Modesto: Only 4 hits by the Nuts last night--Chris Frey and Doc Brooks had doubles-- as they fell 6-1. Ching-lung Lo went 7, allowed 10 hits and 6 ER, walked only 2 and K'ed 7.

Asheville: Brett Strickland blew the 3-2 lead in the bottom of the 9th, falling to 0-3 on a 4-3 decision. EY Jr. picked up 2 more hits and his 35th and 36th SBs on the season. Travis Becktel picked up his 11th double on the season. Xavier Cedeno had a nice outing as he went 6 2/3 innings,  allowing only 1 ER and K'ing 7. Tonight, the Tourists play a double-header.
