Colorado Springs: In the 8-5 loss to Fresno Ryan Spilborghs hit two home runs for three RBI. Jason Smith had the other two RBI. Chris Iannetta added three hits. In six innings of work, Ublado Jimenez allowed four runs on four hits, walked three and K'ed five.

Tulsa: Thomas Diamond got the better of the Drillers again this season as Frisco won 19-2, mostly thanks to a five-run 4th inning and a nine-run 7th inning. Ian Stewart accounted for both RBI with 7th home run of the season. Jordan Cazrniecki had three hits and Joe Koshansky walked twice. Register allowed nine runs (five earned) on eleven hits in four innings.

Modesto: Reid Brignac hit his 18th home run at the start of the bottom of the 9th for the 7-6 Visalia victory. Luke Sargent had three RBI and a double, while Jose Valdez had two RBI and a homer and Justin Nelson had the other RBI. Greg Reynolds was roughed up in his second start as he lasted only three innings. He allowed five runs on five hits, but also K'ed six.

Asheville: The Tourists lost this one 5-4 in eleven innings. Fowler, Garner, Carte (off his 9th homer) and Nunez each had an RBI. Brandon Durden went six innings, allowed three runs and K'ed three.

Tri-City: And yet another loss in the farm system as the Dust Devils were downed 10-1. Daniel Mayora had two hits, one of which was a double. Andrew Kreiermacher allowed five runs (two unearned) in four innings for the loss.

Casper: The Baby Rockies actually won last night 5-2. Hector Gomez and Jay Cox both each had an RBI yesterday (both had two hits each also). Pedro Perez stole his sixth base and Jay cox his third. Robinson Fabian went five innings and K'ed four.
