I gave my personal choices for the second half in the thread below, but here I want to come to a community consensus about who we should name as the best players for the whole year. I'm thinking we should do the following categories, let me know if I'm forgetting anything:
Player and Pitcher of the year (one for each at each level, (who had the best season)
Best Position/Pitching Prospect (who has the most potential to make it and succeed with the Rockies)
Breakout Prospect
Comeback Player
Sleeper for 2007
Disappointment and/or Bust
We'll do them for each affiliate, and then for the system as a whole. The categories aren't exclusive so you can use the same name more than once.
