Game #103: Francis vs Tomko

Jeff Francis enters tonight as somewhat of a Rockies' good luck charm. Despite his not pitching all that effectively of late, we've won anyway every time he takes the hill. We'll want to see a return to form of his fastball, and we'll want the offense to figure out Brett Tomko, something that they failed to do in his previous start against the Rockies in early April. As his record and ERA since then indicate, he really wasn't that good in the first place.

With their win on Thursday, the Dodgers sit at eleven games over .500, and the Rockies need to do something to close the gap today and tomorrow.

Go Rockies!
