Game #86: Kyle Kendrick vs. Francis

The last time the Rockies swept a New York team I wrote something in the next day's game thread. They proved me right. I'm not going to do anything like that this time.

Anyway, the Rockies face Kyle Kendrick, he of three wins in four career starts. He's gone at least six inning in every start, but has also given four homers over his last three starts. Tonight would be an appropriate time for a bad start, wouldn't you think?

And Jeff Francis is coming of a seven innings of three-hit ball; if you ask Phil Garner about those innings, he'll tell you he wasn't all that impressed.
