Fresh off of their 10-3 spanking of Cole Hamels and the visiting Philadelphia Phillies (1-3) yesterday in their home opener, the Colorado Rockies (3-1) look to extend their winning streak to four games as the notoriously unpredictable Jorge De La Rosa takes the mound tonight against Brett Myers.

It will be interesting to see the lefty on lefty matchups for De La Rosa, as the Phillies bring several big left-handed bats to the table (Ryan Howard, Chase Utley, Raul Ibanez). Jorge faced the Phillies once last year, on May 26th, and did not fare well--yielding seven runs, four hits and three walks in 3 1-3 innings in a 20-5 shellacking, but Jorge isn't worried.
Meanwhile, Myers has been successful at Coors Field, going 4-0 with a 3.67 ERA in his five games there, and he's 6-0 with a 3.19 ERA in seven games against the Rockies overall. Let's hope that this success does not continue against this red-hot edition of the Rockies.
Here's tonight's Gameday Link for those of you outside the FSN-RM umbrella.
