Having won three games in a row (and convincingly at that) for the first time since, well, the second through fourth games of the season, the Rockies look to set a couple of new marks against the Cardinals this afternoon. They'll be seeking their first four game winning streak, a series-clinching win, and another evening of cheap tacos for Rockies fans along the Front Range.
With staff ace Ubaldo Jimenez (3-6, 4.11 ERA) on the mound against journeyman Joel Pineiro (5-5, 3.86 ERA), I like our chances. I also like tacos, so let's see some more offense, Rockies!
