Lineup

Colorado Rockies @ Kansas City Royals

Colorado Rockies Kansas City Royals
Dexter Fowler - CF David DeJesus - RF
Jason Giambi - DH Jason Kendall - C
Todd Helton - 1B Billy Butler - 1B
Troy Tulowitzki - SS Jose Guillen - DH
Seth Smith - LF Alberto Callaspo - 3B
Ryan Spilborghs - RF Mitch Maier - CF
Ian Stewart - 3B Yuniesky Betancourt - SS
Clint Barmes - 2B Chris Getz - 2B
Paul Phillips - C Willie Bloomquist - LF

I know Stewart, Barmes and Phillips have had their struggles, but I'll take that bottom third any time over KC's.

I'm predicting Cook will be on his game today at Kauffman Stadium. Cookie is coming off two quality starts and should be well rested. He hasn't thrown more than 86 pitches in a game this month.

I know you want to feel bad for Greinke for being 1-4 with that ERA, but I wouldn't. He allowed three runs on eight hits in six innings for his only win (solid, but not dominant) and saw four runs cross the plate on his watch in three of his four losses.
