Sometimes you trade a reliever for left-handed starter and he pitches like an ace. Sometimes, you trade your ace for a left-handed starter, and he promptly forgets "how to win." Jorge de la Rosa has been having himself a marvelous season after signing what amounts to a three year contract in the off-season. Saunders, who was 54-32 in 5 1/2 season with the Angels, is 3-10 in sedona red. In the interest of full disclosure, one of those came against the Rockies.
