Colorado Rockies ace Ubaldo Jimenez has been traded to the Cleveland Indians for four players, including the Indians top two pitching prospects. Top Indians pitching prospects Drew Pomeranz (as a PTBNL after August 15) and Alex White have been scratched from appearances for Indians minor league teams in advance of  the trade.

Indians 1B/OF Matt McBride also is part of the deal, as is reportedly sinkerball pitcher Joe Gardner.

Jimenez pitched one inning for the Rockies and has been pulled. Reports are that a trade will be announced shortly.
