This is going to be an exciting game for one reason and one reason alone: Drew Pomeranz is pitching. Pomeranz has been one of the only bright spots of this abysmal September race to the bottom. One of the few signs of hope. One of the youngest, scaredest looking pitchfaces around.
Brett Myers just keeps getting uglier, too. He used to be a decent looking man, and now he looks like he's going to dance around a pumpkin and sneer because there's no way you're going to guess his name, and he'll be able to take your firstborn child.

I know it's roughly the same lineup we've been seeing for the past week or so, but good Lord is that a bad lineup. I don't even know what to say to try and defend it, it's just horrible.
