Did you all hear that Dexter Fowler is awesome? From the Rockies' press feed:
Dexter Fowler has been a catalyst in the Rockies offensive surge, and he continued his production yesterday by going 2-for-2 with 2 walks, a double, an RBI and a run...yesterday was Fowler's seventh multi-hit game in his last nine games, since 8/8 at LAD...Fowler now owns an .886 OPS (.387 OBP, .499 SLG) this season, which ranks 9th in the NL...Fowler is one of just seven center fielders in the Majors with an OPS over .800, and his .886 OPS is second among NL center fielders (Andrew McCutchen - 1.012).
Since the All-Star break, Fowler is batting .308 (36-for-117) and has scored 21 runs in 30 games...Fowler has now scored 72 runs in Post All-Star break games over the last two seasons, which ranks 4th among NL players...he is a career .282 hitter Post All-Star break in his career, compared to a .260 career mark prior to the break.
