So I brought this seasoning home with me from Jamaica, but I didn't try it until Sunday night

I put it on a fairly bland fish and grilled it, and I found my new vice. Spicy, tangy, affordable, and apparently available at a World Market store just a couple miles from my house as well. Also supposedly pretty culturally authentic.

So in that vein:

1) What dish are you most proud of that you cook? Or if you don't cook, what is your favorite thing your wife/girlfriend/husband/sugardaddy/etc cook for you?

2) Is there any part of your cooking that will be forever a secret?

3) Any special ingredients to share?
