Thought I would try something different this week and put out an article with just the numbers in it, filtered so the reader can get a look at the top performances in the Rockies organization for the year.
Top Pitchers
One thing that stands out to me when comparing the top pitchers in the organization is how many teams these guys have played for this year. It's been a nice surprise this season to witness the aggressiveness of the front office to promote pitchers. Of course part of the reasoning for that aggressiveness is due to the excellence that the pitchers have produced on the farm. Numbers are filtered by ERA among starting pitchers.

Strikeout Masters
This season has seen the appearance of some really good power pitchers in the organization. Some of them have been drafted, such as Jonathan Gray and Sam Moll, while others have upped their game in the swing and miss department like: Dan Winkler and Eddie Butler. Numbers are filtered by strikeouts per nine innings.

Closers
In addition to the quality starters developing on the farm, there's been a surge in quality relievers pushing through the system. While this list leaves out guys like Ken Roberts and Scott Arrowood who have received mid-season promotions and normally work the middle innings, this group has some solid strikeout studs who can close out a game. Numbers are filtered by total saves.

Hitters
With guys like Nolan Arenado and Corey Dickerson graduating to the major leagues, the hitting situation isn't as exciting as the pitchers in the Rockies organization. Some of the best hitters are producing in the lower levels of the minors. Tom Murphy has suddenly become in interesting prospect with his stunning promotion to Double-A and so far he's producing at that level as well. All stats are sorted by wRC+, a league adjusted stat which compares how players are performing against hitters in similar levels.

Power Ball
A look at the big boppers of the Rockies organization. A lot of these guys are a little old for their league, but a few like Tom Murphy and Rosell Herrera have provided some interesting power numbers at a premium defensive position. All numbers are filtered by total home runs.

Speed on the bases
A look at some of the top base stealing threats in the organization. We don't always talk about these players and it gives us a picture of the tools that aren't always written about, unless the player is named Billy Hamilton. It's a little surprising for me to see some power guys like: Sosa, Herrera and Trevor Story on this list. Numbers are filtered by total stolen bases.
