After yesterday's stomping of the Diamondbacks, the Rockies will rely on this motley crew of pitchers to get them to 2-0 in Spring Training:

Jordan Lyles, the key part in the oft-maligned acquisition in exchange for Dexter Fowler, will take the mound as a Rockies pitcher for the first time in an official capacity. Last year Lyles was terrible, accruing -1.2 rWAR while pitching 141 innings of 5.59 ERA ball for a dreadful Houston Astros team. If the 23 year-old Lyles wants to crack this team's starting rotation out of Spring Training, he'll have to beat out Juan Nicasio or have an injury take out one of Colorado's starters (feel better soon Jhoulys!).
While yesterday's lineup featured mostly regulars, today will see mostly backups:

As will be the case all year, we'll have a separate thread for game discussion posting roughly five minutes before first pitch.
