The Rockies will send Jordan Lyles to the mound for the fourth time this season as they look to take the series against the Philadelphia Phillies.
The 23-year-old Lyles has won two of his first three starts this year, posting a 4.32 ERA in 16 2/3 innings with five walks and 12 strikeouts.
The Phillies will counter with veteran right-hander Kyle Kendrick, who has a 3.50 ERA in three starts this season but is still looking for his first win. He posted a 4.70 ERA in 30 starts last season.
Kendrick has struggled in his career at Coors Field, with a 5.58 ERA in 30 2/3 career innings in Denver. He gave up seven runs in 4 1/3 innings in his lone start at Coors last season, surrendering home runs to Josh Rutledge and Carlos Gonzalez.
The Rockies lineup will be unchanged from last night's 12-1 win, with Drew Stubbs getting another start in center field after his three-hit day yesterday. The Phillies will also retain their lineup from last night, despite the fact that they only had two hits yesterday.
