Rockies Game Preview: Arroyo vs. Nicasio

Dustin Bradford

Well, the past week of baseball for the Rockies has been...disappointing.  Last night it felt like the wheels just came off at the end of the game.  So tonight is where the team can start turning everything around.  Juan Nicasio takes the mound for the men in purple and keep the home team from being swept by the snakes from the South.

Juan has been up and down but was doing pretty well on the road trip.  The offense seemed to finally find life last night, having two  4-run innings.  If the bullpen can find their groove, then this team can maybe start hitting on all cylinders again.

The Diamondbacks' lineup looks fairly similar to last night, with the big exception being Chris Owings starting at shortstop.  Without futher ado, here is the rest of the lineups:

1. Gerardo Parra (L) RF
2. Chris Owings (R) SS
3. Paul Goldschmidt (R) 1B
4. Miguel Montero (L) C
5. Martin Prado (R) 3B
6. Aaron Hill (R) 2B
7. David Peralta (L) LF
8. Ender Inciarte (L) CF
9. Bronson Arroyo (R) P
1. Charlie Blackmon (L) RF
2. Drew Stubbs (R) CF
3. Troy Tulowitzki (R) SS
4. Michael Cuddyer (R) 1B
5. Corey Dickerson (L) LF
6. Wilin Rosario (R) C
7. Charlie Culberson (R) 3B
8. DJ LeMahieu (R) 2B
9. Juan Nicasio (R) P
