Colorado Rockies management agrees with Troy Tulowitzki's frustration - Denver Post

Another day, another loss, and everyone from Troy Tulowitzki to Walt Weiss to Bill Geivett to Nolan Arenado is pissed off. As well they should be. This is the worst baseball team I can remember following, and I'm sure it's the same for all the guys listed above. The question is, what do they do about it? What changes? Who changes?

Rockies swatted away by Cubs; Jhoulys Chacin rehabs ailing shoulder - Denver Post

Rockies lose, yadda yadda yadda, but more interesting is the footnote about Jhoulys Chacin. Apparently they think they can get him back to game form before the end of the year. Hopefully his shoulder responded to rest; it'll be interesting to see if he can regain the lost velocity. It seems like a long shot, but it's a shot worth taking in this lost year as we try to figure out 2015.

Juan Nicasio returns to Rockies from Triple-A as a reliever - Denver Post

This is probably the best role for Juan. His return to the big leagues wasn't spotless, as rookie phenom Javier Baez hit a home run off him, but it will be interesting to see how he performs out of the bullpen. That's basically all we can hope for the rest of the way: interesting things.
