Triple-A Albuquerque (18-24)

Postponed.

Double-A New Britain (28-13)

New Britain 4, Harrisburg 3 | MiLB.com Box

Trevor Story hit a two run home run in the sixth inning, which gave the Rock Cats a one run lead against Harrisburg. That was the difference in the game. Story and fellow PuRP Tommy Murphy were responsible for all of New Britain's runs. Murphy had an RBI single in the first and hit a solo home run in the fourth.

The Rock Cats got six strong innings from starter Bryan Evans, who allowed two hits and three runs (one earned) while walking one and striking out four. Hard thrower Austin House pitched the ninth for his fifteenth save of the season.

High-A Modesto (21-22)

Visalia 5, Modesto 3 | MiLB.com Box

The Nuts were holding on to a two run lead heading into the eighth inning, but Visalia grabbed the lead for good after starting pitcher Konner Wade and reliever Matt Carasiti combined to allow four runs.

Jordan Patterson continues to mash. He went 2-3 with a walk. Both of his hits went for extra bases—a double and a dinger. Ryan McMahon also had great day at the plate, as he went 3-4 with a double.

Single-A Asheville (18-24)

Augusta 2, Asheville 0 | MiLB.com Box

The Tourists only mustered two hits, both singles, and couldn't plate a run in yesterday's loss to Augusta. Starter Carlos Polanco had a nice outing. He threw six innings while giving up seven hits, but he only allowed one run, only walked one, and struck out six.

To the extent that the game had an offensive star, it was Drew Weeks. He had one of the Tourists' two hits and walked once in his four plate appearances.
