The Colorado Rockies snapped a five-game losing streak with a 7-4 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday at Coors Field.

Charlie Blackmon, Carlos Gonzalez and Corey Dickerson all hit home runs against Dodgers starter Mike Bolsinger to blow the game open and ultimately provide the margin of victory for Colorado.

Los Angeles got on the board in the top of the first when Adrian Gonzalez brought home Jimmy Rollins with a groundout to give the Dodgers an early 1-0 lead. The run in the first was the only one surrendered by Rockies starter David Hale, who pitched five innings, allowing the lone run on five hits with a pair of walks and four strikeouts.

Dickerson evened the score in the first with an RBI single that brought home Gonzalez. The pair also combined to give the Rockies the lead in the third when Gonzalez scored on Dickerson's double. Dickerson then scored on an error by Adrian Gonzalez that allowed Justin Morneau to reach base. The Rockies' lead expanded to 4-1 later in the inning when Morneau came around to score on a Rafael Ynoa triple.

The Rockies then piled on in the fourth with the three solo home runs against Bolsinger, all of them no-doubters and two of them to the opposite field, giving the Rockies a 7-1 lead. Bolsinger lasted just four innings, allowing seven runs, four earned, on seven hits with three walks and two strikeouts.

The Dodgers got a run in the sixth when a wild pitch from Christian Friedrich allowed Andre Ethier to score and made it a game again in the seventh when Howie Kendrick delivered a two-run single against Rex Brothers that cut the Rockies' lead to 7-4.

However, the Rockies held on as Justin Miller and John Axford shut down the final two innings to preserve the win, Axford earning his 25th save in the process.
