Rockies trade rumors: Tigers involved in talks surrounding Colorado outfielders, per report

Add another one to the list!

As expected, the Colorado Rockies' signing of free-agent outfielder Gerardo Parra has kickstarted the rumor mill regarding the trio of Rox outfielders on the trade market.

Add the Detroit Tigers to the list of teams with whom the Rockies are reportedly discussing a trade, according to Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal. Colorado is already involved in talks with the Baltimore Oriolesas we wrote earlier on Tuesday, and the more teams get involved, the likelier it becomes that Jeff Bridich and company will get a decent return for one or more of the productive triumvirate of Carlos Gonzalez, Charlie Blackmon and Corey Dickerson.

No deal between the Rockies and Tigers appears anywhere close to imminent, notes Rosenthal, but Colorado would likely bring up top pitching prospects Michael Fulmer and Beau Burrows -- or perhaps even major league starter Daniel Norris -- in talks with Detroit.

Within the next day or so, we will profile a list of potential players the Rockies could receive in a deal with the Tigers involving one of the available outfielders, as we've done with a few of the others teams with whom the Rockies have had discussions.

Stay tuned for more.
