Riley Pint is showing his best stuff early on in his pro career for the rookie-level Grand Junction Rockies. The 18-year-old has flashed the power, hitting 100 several times in his most recent start, but he's having to learn how to mix in his other pitches. He can't just blow the fastball by professional hitters forever. Pint is already drawing comparisons to current Rockies star Jon Gray.

Speaking of fast fastballs, Thomas Harding spoke to Carlos Estevez about what it's like to be able to throw a baseball at 100 miles an hour, and as you can imagine, it sounds like it's pretty fun! Carlos also talked about the movie Fastball, and some of the pitchers who feature in the film, including Walter Johnson, Bob Gibson and Nolan Ryan.
