Four members of the Colorado Rockies will be participating in the 88th MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday. Nolan Arenado and Charlie Blackmon made it by fan vote, while D.J. LeMahieu and Greg Holland were selected by the league.
Before that, however, there are other All-Star activities to be had. Today, prospects Brendan Rodgers and Ryan McMahon will participate in this year’s Futures Game. Tomorrow, Charlie Blackmon will represent the Rockies in the Home Run Derby. Bullpen coach Darren Holmes will throw his best meatballs to Charlie.
