The Colorado Rockies host the Atlanta Braves tonight in the second of four games this series. The Rockies are looking to guarantee at least a split of the series with a win tonight after Chad Bettis lead them to a 3-0 victory last night.
First pitch is at 6:40 pm MT
Pitching matchup
Kyle Freeland takes the mound tonight in his return from the 10-day disabled list after missing the minimum amount of time with a strained groin. Freeland is 11-7 on the year with a 3.70 ERA and has pitched extremely well in his hometown this season.
Sean Newcomb will start for the Braves in his 12th start this season. Newcomb has not pitched more than six innings since his first start of the season due to sporadic command increasing his pitch counts early in the game.
How to watch
The game will be broadcast on ATTRM-HD and also available on MLB.TV for subscribers outside the Rockies market. The radio broadcast will be 850 KOA and also on MLB Gameday Audio.
