The Colorado Rockies are finally back at Coors. After having already played a league leading 32 games on the road compared to only 18 at home, the Rockies schedule will finally start to balance as they start a nine game home series against the Cincinnati Reds tonight.
While the Rockies have been extremely successful on the road (19-13 record), they’ve struggled to established their home field advantage (7-11 record). Hopefully some nice weather and a lengthy stretch of games at Coors will fix what ails them.
Jon Gray will take the mound for the Rockies looking to establish some consistency. So far his season has been a series of up-and-down starts.
