Garrett Hampson hits first Triple-A Home Run

Shortstop Garrett Hampson (no. 9 PuRP) hit his first home run for the Isotopes who unloaded for ten runs in the 9th inning Friday night. Hampson was moved up to Triple-A eight days ago. Hampson, Raimel Tapia, Tom Murphy (no. 11 PuRP), and Mike Tauchman (no. 22 PuRP) all had extra base hits on Friday.

Brian Mundell (no. 13 PuRP) homered for the second time in three days for the Yardgoats and had three hits total. Mundell has had a slow start to the year but is showing signs of life. It was a quiet night for the rest of the Yardgoats PuRPs.
