The Colorado Rockies today will try to complete the series win against the visiting New York Mets at Coors Field today. First pitch is scheduled for 1: 10 pm MT and Kyle Freeland will get the start for the Rockies, starting opposite Steven Matz of the Mets.
In addition to the well-documented bullpen struggles of the last few weeks, the Rockies have also struggled in day games so far this year, posting a 7-17 record. Freeland looks to build off his 7 inning performance against Texas on Saturday in which he allowed just two runs.
