The Colorado Rockies will look to win their fifth straight game and third straight series as they take on the Seattle Mariners this afternoon at Safeco Field.
A pair of tough lefties will be on the mound today as Kyle Freeland takes on James Paxton. Both of them have allowed just two runs total over their last two starts, Paxton in 15 innings of work and Freeland in 14.
Rockies manager Bud Black has loaded his lineup with right-handed hitters against Paxton, with Noel Cuevas in left field, Pat Valaika at first base and Ian Desmond in the DH role.
Start time: 2:10 p.m. MT
