The Rockies kick off an important series with the Dodgers tonight at Coors Field tonight. The Rockies have a 1.5 game lead over the Dodgers in the NL West divisional race and will be looking to expand their lead while also setting the tone for the rest of the series tonight.
The Dodgers will have their ace, Clayton Kershaw, on the mound while the Rockies will counter with Jon Gray. In a season where pitching duels at Coors Field have been the norm, another one could be in store tonight. Or, we could get the unexpected offensive blowup since it’s Coors Field. Either way, as long as its results in an important Rockies win, all will be good.
