RHP Ashton Goudeau continues to dominate in the Arizona Fall League. He is the only remaining pitching prospect who has yet to yield any runs, earned or unearned. In fact, he has only given up three hits and has not walked a single batter. All of those stats earned Goudeau a spot on the Fall Star Game roster, where he pitched a scoreless seventh inning. He did not allow a single baserunner and struck out one.
Infielder Roberto Ramos (no. 23 PuRP) was removed from the Rafters’ roster and will continue to play for Vinny Castilla’s Naranjeros de Hermosillo in the Mexican Winter League, per Thomas Harding. He has not been replaced on the roster, so the Rockies now have seven prospects in the AFL to finish the season.
