Rockies are keeping their focus short and narrow at all times this year | Mile High Sports
The Rockies’ series against the Padres was interesting to say the least. It started off with the Rockies having a six-run lead they blew in the ninth inning. The Rockies had finally started to get their season on track, but this loss on Friday kind of deflated things. However, a good team will be able to shake off this kind of loss and move forward. Nolan Arenado epitomized this, saying that they were a bit dejected, but were ready to step up, because they are a solid team. They are all trying to focus on playing one game at a time, even breaking it down to one pitch at a time. Each pitch counts, and the Rockies are trying to remember this. The Rockies have the talent and the ability, it’s just a matter of plugging along and getting the job done.
