The Rockies will try to keep their hot start to the season going on Sunday afternoon at Coors Field against division rival San Diego Padres. Trevor Story has led the charge so far this season slugging his fourth home run in yesterday’s win, just the seventh game of the season. Antonio Senzatela will make his second start coming off of a fine performance last week against Oakland where he got the win and gave up just two earned runs in five innings of work. Senzatela found success against the Padres in 2019 where he went 2-0 in two starts with an ERA of 2.70.
Zach Davies, who spent the 2019 season with the Milwaukee Brewers, will toe the rubber for the Padres. Davies had a solid start in his first appearance last week and holds a record of 1-0 with an ERA of 3.60.
