The Purple Row podcast Affected by Altitude is back for 2021 with all new hosts. Staff writers Evan Lang, Skyler Timmins, and Mac Wilcox are incredibly proud and excited to be lending their voices to more great Purple Row content for you to enjoy.
This week, the Rockies are somehow one of the leagues’ best home teams and also one of the leagues worst road teams. Hey, at least we’re not the Arizona Diamondbacks, who set the MLB record for consecutive road losses and are just so astonishingly bad. The league is struggling with it’s response to the “sticky stuff” debacle, and we have an All-Star Game to look forward to soon. Meanwhile, Raimel Tapia is doing really good, Kyle Freeland is doing really bad, and the NL West sure is something, huh?

Affected by Altitude is a weekly or bimonthly podcast featuring roundtable discussion, game segments, interviews, and the occasional hot take from a group of Purple Row contributors. We live in different places, have varying backgrounds, and may or may not know how to add up total WAR. Regardless, we are all united in our love of the Rockies and a desire to provide Purple Row readers with a fresh new voice.
