Affected by Altitude: Should Nolan Arenado be our new GM?

A new episode of the Purple Row podcast after an interesting week of Rockies baseball.

The Purple Row podcast Affected by Altitude is back for 2021 with all new hosts. Staff writers Evan Lang, Skyler Timmins, and Mac Wilcox are incredibly proud and excited to be lending their voices to more great Purple Row content for you to enjoy.

This week, more front office departures have our hosts feeling concerned during a weird season with an important draft coming up. Also looming on the horizon is a highly anticipated reunion: the return of Nolan Arenado to Coors Field. Players are disrobing during games as the league still struggles with the “sticky stuff” debacle, and add some much maligned All-Star Game jerseys to their list of troubles. Meanwhile, the Rockies made some roster moves and Brendan Rodgers is ascending.

Affected by Altitude is a weekly or bimonthly podcast featuring roundtable discussion, game segments, interviews, and the occasional hot take from a group of Purple Row contributors. We live in different places, have varying backgrounds, and may or may be able to design All-Star jerseys better than MLB. Regardless, we are all united in our love of the Rockies and a desire to provide Purple Row readers with a fresh new voice.
